ABOUT

THE SITE'S HISTORY

This heralded office space is built on the grounds of the historic Bailey-Johnson School. Located in the center of a neighborhood with proud, deep roots, 154 Kimball honors the school’s history throughout a campus designed to energize collaboration and creative work.

The name 154 Kimball Bridge grounds the development in its place while honoring the history that shaped it. Inspired by both the address and the idea of a bridge, the identity represents connection—between past and future, people and place, and the legacy of Bailey-Johnson School and the next chapter of this meaningful site.
